Does seem like not enough results?

So, on May 20th, I weighed 235. Basically a month later, I have lost 7 lbs, I am at 228. Is this reasonable? I feel like I am working so hard but barely going anywhere! Does this seem like not enough results?

    It's nearly 2lbs a week, so it's actually a very good loss.

    1-2 pounds per week is healthy weight loss. It sounds like you're right on track!

    Take it slow and don't forget to put some weights in your routine if you have not yet. Slow and steady does it.
