5´2 women, weighloss success?

    I'm 4'8" and started at 140, down to 123... goal is 110 or so? I started at the beginning of this year and have been doing TDEE - 15%, right now I'm at 1450 calories per day.

    I just got out of a plateau, but I think it was mostly my own doing... birthdays, bbqs and such. I'm starting to learn how to fit those kinds of things in. I've discovered just one bad evening can negate my whole week, so while I do cheat a bit I try to be conscious of how much I cheat.

    I've also learned that measuring yourself is a good thing. So in previous said plateau, I did lose a couple inches off the hips and waist, so I don't feel completely defeated for being at 125 for almost a month.

    Currently I'm doing HIIT with weights 3 times a week, and doing some hula hooping when I can get the time. :)
