What can you count toward the 8 glasses of water? I drink two cups of decaf tea with 1/2 cup raspberries and 1ts of splenda.
Does this count?

It varies from person to person, you can count anything liquid if you want or strictly water, make sure you log it as food too if it has calories0

Keep in mind drinking water does help with weight loss. If you are eating high firber the water keeps things moving. I drink 16+/- cups a day. water helps you feel full between meals.0

Its different for everyone. I personally only track actual water (plain or flavored) because if I didn't make the effort, I'd only drink diet soda all day long. The important thing is to stay hydrated and that can also come from fruits and other drinks besides water.0

I dont count my water. I drink 2 glasses when I wake up. Bring a big jug of water to work then drink 2 more glasses before bed. Then when I work out I drink and any other time during the day I'm thirsty.0

Anything you consume that contains water, counts towards your water goal.
