Getting started again.

I need help to get started with my weightloss journey again, especially since I don't have that much to go. Well, I still have 19kg to go, but! It's a vast improvement from where I once was. It seems doable now, where before it didn't so much, and I got over my plateau.

However, now I am battling with trying to not gain again.

I was doing really great with this throughout 2012, and then in 2013/2014 (up until June 6th) I was living in America working as a waitress, and because of that, I lost another 6kg. I fell out of tracking, but it still worked in my favour because of the raised activity level that I had. Now that I'm back home in Norway, I am unemployed and spend much of the day sitting. I try to be active, and I have been going for a job/walk every day, but it still doesn't feel like enough.

I need something to jumpstart my motivation again, and get me going and working hard. It's just difficult to get back into the habit of weighing and logging everything.

I plan on updating my blog soon with new picture, and even I can see what a huge change it has been since I started, and that's wonderful.

But I need more. Just a little.

I just need to find the motivation first.
