On days you mess up.

On days that you just want to eat everything. Perhaps this one should go to the ladies mostly due to the time of the month and the hormones that make you feel like you could eat everything in sight. What do you do, do you give in or fight it? I've gone back up by five pounds, but I know I'll lose them, since I have already come this far and know it is mostly a yoyo thing with weightloss, so my battle will be won even if it takes me a bit longer. Only wish my friend had told me about this site sooner than now, would have been much easier to track the calories, better late than never!

If I am extra hungry, I eat something and track it. I don't worry too much if I go over my calories - I'd just rather not be jailed for following through on some of my hormone fueled rage moments. Eating when I'm hungry helps. :flowerforyou:

If I'm extra hungry, I listen to my body and eat a bit more. I don't use it as an excuse to go crazy, but I don't restrict myself. If I end up indulging a bit too much, I'll balance it out in the following couple of days by eating a little lighter.

I only really have days like this when I'm on vacation or otherwise out of the house and don't have control of the menu. Usually when I'm home I have the ability to say no or to otherwise busy myself.

This is so perfect. You have done so well and I am sure you know that as long as we don't string these days together it's "ok"
Eat it, record it, move along nothing to see here folks

Like others have said, if I'm extra hungry I'll eat a little more and keep it reasonable. I also tend to let myself eat more carbs during that TOM and ignore my protein goals a little bit. For me, that helps to keep me feeling more satisfied. Also, I keep some chocolate ice cream or frozen yogurt around, just in case.

    I do this too.

Don't stress over it too much and just get back on track the next day.

Last night i was craving a blueberry muffin. So i made a package that made six. i only intended to eat the 1. But after i knew it i had eaten all 6. I felt so bad afterwards. But i went to bed like normal, and then woke up this morning and continued on my new life style of healthy eating. I just have to plan to do my workout a little bit harder today! No biggie. So with that said, I would give in a little bit. Dont stress over it and then start back on track the next day.
