I love eggs. But the problems I have are: 1. I'm not all that creative when it comes to cooking them 2. 50% of the time, they turn into a scramble or come out over or undercooked for my liking. Eggs seem to be the one food I can never quite get right.
Does anyone have any cool egg recipes or tips for a beginner? Some things I've attempted, but frequently screwed up:
1. Omelettes (I can never flip them or prevent them from sticking to the pan)
2. Eggs over medium; same issue
3. Medium boiled eggs; always come out hard boiled.
4. Yolk is always a little too runny for my liking.
Help? To my credit, I make a mean scrambled egg, lol.

I enjoy smashing boiled eggs up with some yogurt, salt, pepper and hot sauce for a sandwich. I often put some dill in there too. For your scrambled eggs, just near the end, add in some salsa. Poaching eggs is fun too. I often enjoy one on a salad for lunch.0
