Clean Vegetarian quinoa, black bean, and sweet potato chili

I don't usually post, but I'm on the message boards reading a lot and I've been doing my fitness pal on and off for a couple years. Anyway altered a couple different recipes I found and made one that's good, cheap to make, filling and low cal.
According to mfp database it has about 350 calories for one bowl and the whole batch is only six servings and makes a huge amount.
1 15.5 oz can black beans (rinsed)
1 15.5 oz can chili beans (I used mild)
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 32 oz container chicken broth
1 cup uncooked quinoa
3 small peeled and diced sweet potatoes
1 small onion diced small
3 cloves garlic minced
1 TBS chili powder
1/2 TBS cumin
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Bring all ingredients to a boil on the stove, then turn down to a simmer for 30-45 minutes or until sweet potatoes and quinoa are done. Stir occasionally.
