Even with the online calculators, I am so confused because it just seems like a ton of calories to eat a day and I don't want to mess up!! I am 34, 5'7, current weight is 238. I have a desk job that I am at for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, I walk at a fast pace for 30-35 mins for exercise 4 days a week and I do zumba for an hour twice a week. Help please!! Thank you!
Edited to add that I'd like to lose 2lbs a week. My goal weight is 160.

Hi there!
Since you work a desk job (as do I) you are actually considered sedentary. I'm active as well (zumba, yoga, hiking...) but it's what I'm doing the other hours of the day that makes up this classification. If you were working on your feet as a server in a restaurant or in a factory that would count as active. Sadly, a desk job makes you (and me) classified as sedentary in scientific terms.
Here's the calculator: http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/0
