and this is why I work out at home...if the weights aren't put back (which very rarely happens) I only have to rant at myself.0

I stand in front of the mirror because bicep curls are a highly technical move requiring close observation.0

The other night, this guy kept using stations that I wanted to use, and he didn't put his weights back. So, each time, he would move on to another spot, and I would walk up to him and say "Hey, are you done with the squat rack?" He would nod and I would say "Oh, I couldn't tell since your weights weren't racked. Would you mind racking them?" The second time we had this conversation, it got louder.0

My gym is on an Army Post, and I can't believe the number of dirt bags who don't re-rack their weights, seems like every day I have to set some poor soldier straight about the fact that his mommy aint around to pick up after his lazy @$$.

I have this issue with this one kid at my gym. I've approached him on 3 separate occasions now, really doesn't seem to get it. The last time, he dragged a bench in the squat rack for declines. Left the bench, the bar on pins, and the weights on it!! So I walked up to him and asked nicely, and he just looks at me and says "so you want me to go put it away?". Hummm, noooooo, I came here to tell you how awesome you are, of course I want you to go rack your ****.0

I can't stand it, if someone leaves them on the floor or the bar I have to put them back.0

I re rack weights (not just to put them on the racks but to give them an even look) 2 times a day. The good thing is if I get someone who's insubordinate about doing it, I let them know they can go to the the other side of the gym and work out on the machines till they can comply with re racking weights.
We have a lot of women and seniors that work out in my facility, so leaving 8 45's on the leg press ain't gonna happen. It's NOT the responsibility of those members to unrack a machine so they can work out.
