I know I can't spot reduce, but...

Why hasn't the flab in my thighs and lower belly gone away??
I've been jogging an hour 3-4 days a week and I do my Insanity 6 days a week for an hour. I've also been doing some weights at the gym just a few days a week too. I've finally reached my goal weight and I really don't need to lose any more. i'm not losing any more inches either. but I don't know what else to do to firm my thighs and lower belly. Do I just need to keep on doing what i'm doing and i'll get there eventually?? Is there something else I can be doing to help it all along??
Thank you. :-)

lift heavy. Which means heavy enough that you can only get out 5 reps in each set...if you can get out more it's not heavy enough

To lose fat you will have to lose some more weight..but if you start lifting heavy (something like STronglifts 5x5, starting strength or NFOLFW) you will find inches go down nicely.

If you're still flabby, then you have more fat to lose. Goal weight didn't tell you what type of weight you lost. I suspect that doing more cardio and possibly not supplying enough protein may have resulted in lean muscle loss at a higher amount.
What was your weight lifting regimen specifically?

IMO, even if you are getting good results, its beneficial to change your routine every so often. that way you can focus on different things and hopefully it will add more fun.

Get more serrious about the weights at the expense of one of your cardio activities, or consider alternating between insanity and p90x

I agree with the others, that is a ton of cardio. I love my thighs for the first time in my whole life and I got them by adding a solid dose of strength training to the mix of things that I do.

    Good luck!
