Anyone use this regularly as part of a health and fitness plan? if so, how good is it and can it help? or is it a set of glorified scales?

Ive been using it for a over a year! Originally I lost 15 lbs then gained it back because I wasnt exercising. This time Im done 12 pounds. I started with just WifIT but now Im using Julian Michaels 2009. I like it makes exercise fun!

Oh yeah it works! it even kicks your *kitten* a little. I love how it monitors the time you work out as well as keep track of your weight. What makes it fun for me is that everytime I do something on their I always try to beat my own score or my boyfriends score so it helps to push me a little more, also when youve done a certain amount of time you unlock new workouts :P

    Have fun with it :)

We got it about a year ago and it just sat in it's case for a while...But when I started using it over the past couple of months, It really is great. I mean you get a better workout doing other things but if you are not in the mood for a regular old workout and want to have fun, it can be a great alternative. You have the option of playing games or doing regular exercise routines with the "trainer" and like I said, if you are not feeling up to a regulr workout playing some of the games is a great way to at least stay active. I personally would recommend it to anyone that needs to get more exercise but just cannot get motivated.
