Insanity Workout

My husband and I are on day 3 of the Insanity workout and we love/hate it! I am so freaking sore! I have a few questions regarding the horrible soreness in my legs! I can not jump,squat,jog nope. I can not lift my legs at all! Do I work through it? I've heard a lot of different things. Also anyone with success stories with Insanity? I'm not looking for it to completely help me reach my goal weight but to help me get pretty close and to get in the routine of working out. I am wanting to loose 60 pounds.

    If you're that sore, just take a days rest, but keep stretching throughout the day.
    Don't push yourself or else you'll end up with an injury. Just rest and keep a 500 calorie deficit! :)
