Gooey Grilled Cheese for 2 (great with soup for an autumn lunch!!)

Ingredients:
4 slices light whole wheat bread (around 100 cal for 2 slices)
2 slices of deli-sliced havrati cheese
1 ripe pear, cut into slices
2T natural berry jam (such as rasberry preserves, blackberry jam, etc.)
spray butter

On a stovetop, place a pan over medium heat. on 1 piece of bread, spray one side with a few sprays of spray butter and spread 1 T of berry jam onto the other side. place the bread butter-side down in the pan. add half of the pear slices on top of the bread. top with a slice of cheese and another piece of bread. spray the top of the sandwich with spray butter. (you may need to cover the pan with a lid to melt the cheese.) wait until bottom piece of bread in toasted, about 1 min. after assembling the sandwich. flip with a spatula to toast the other side( wait about 2 min) until bread is toasted and cheese is melted. cut the sandwich in half to serve. repeat the procedure to make the second serving.
