Met-RX 180 Program

Hi everybody,
I am starting the MET RX 180 exercise program. Is anyone out there doing this program? Anyone had success with it? I just bought it for 30 dollars from Ollies and it seems like an awesome program but they no longer have a website. Anyone looking for a support buddy for the program let me know!

    Hi I also am doing the met Rx 180 program, are you still doing the program ... I would def like a support buddy since the program is now discontinued there is no support community with the program.

    Definitely! I am on day 7, so far it seems like a great program! What day are you on?

    Hello,

    I just came across this program as well for the same price at Ollie's. I will be reading through the books first, and hopefully will be able to start by the end of the week. How has this program worked for you, seeing that you started in June? Has it been worth the price?
