I signed up quite a while ago. But it took a visit to my Mom and Dad in May to get me motivated. They do this daily. They got me signed in and started.

So far so good.

I'm a 47 (almost48) old Mom and wife. The kids are now in college and working, Hubby works 3rd shift. So I have a lot of me time.

Thinking it is TIME to get off MOMMY train and get on the me train.

I did my 1st 5k earlier this year in Feb. and my 2nd in April of this year. I LOVE the training and feeling it gives me of ACCOMPLISHMENT.
Unfortunately, this is my 1st summer in Nevada and the HEAT is a BEAST from what I have been told. Have a pool where I live any good ideas for keeping in running shape with a POOL??
