Just had them last night. Ground turkey, 1 egg and 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. Delicious.

My favorite combination these days is garlic, black pepper, Dijon mustard, and worcestershire sauce. I've tried it with beef, chicken, and turkey, and it's great with all of them!

here is a weight watchers favorite of ours (hubby loves them)

    http://www.weightwatchers.com/food/rcp/RecipePage.aspx?recipeId=84051

basically, turkey or lean ground chicken + feta+oregano + garlic powder (I add is some onion powder too) combine, make the burgers,

while the recipe calls for serving on hamburger rolls/buns I prefer to serve on pita bread (I toast mine over the grill pan first) top with romaine lettuces, roasted peppers, an olive and we like a little homemade tzatziki too
I have even been known to skip the pita and just wrap the burgers in romaine lettuce and they are still good

I use the same recipe except I add baby spinach to the mix then sea salt and cracked black pepper while grilling on tin foil. My family loves these burgers! I usually eat them by themselves, but the family puts them on whole grain lo-cal buns. The feta really adds a good flavor.
