I am in my 3rd week of t25, I started on beta which I thought was the beginner one It explains why it nearly killed me the first week!
I'm wondering what you all think, should I stop for a few days and begin with Alpa (the beginner workouts) on Monday? Or should I just keep pushing through Beta? On their website is says you should not start with the intermediate Beta or you will have the opposite effects of what you want.
I hate stopping some thing that I have started though! grrr. I wish I had noticed that I wasn't doing the right one before now:grumble:
Anyone have a suggestion?? Please?

My suggestion is to start over with alpha. You want to build up strength for beta and be prepared so you aren't fumbling through it like what seems to be happening. Don't worry about alpha being too easy either. Total body circuit is tough and a good challenge.0
