No matter what I do I can not seem to make my calorie intake of 1200 like I use to eat that in a couple of hours now I can't do it in a day. Watching and logging what I eat is making it hard for me to eat and starting to exercise make it no better this must and have to be a phase I hope so because this is just looking like no hope for me to complete a successful diet. I'm not hungry as much so I'm at another lost....

In other posts, you said you're on Phentermine. Perhaps your dosage is too high. I'd suggest you contact the doctor who prescribed it to you, report your loss of appetite, and let him or her take it from there.0

Nuts, nut butters, avocado, olive & coconut oils, no "diet" foods - these foods are calorie dense and pack good cals in small portions. Reaching 1200 really isn't that difficult.0

I am at 193 now I started at 1960 -
You've only been logging since Monday, and you've had only two days Tue&Wed that you didn't hit 1200. You'll get there if you're not already there.0
