I see a lot of people on my friends list that add their specific workout and calories burned for example t25 Jillian Michaels workout, just dance on the wii ect. I did a biggest loser boot camp video tonight that was 35 minutes and could not find a way to log it except by just adding circuit training because it was full body with weights .. Just wondering how to individualize your workouts to get a pretty accurate calorie burn
