I joined MFP a while back and wasn't 100% onboard with it, so stopped. But I'm back. I feel like I start out so strong and then in a few weeks or months I just lose motivation and get bored. I never read the message boards here or on any other site I've been on, but I'm going to start - they seem inspiring and knowing I'm not alone is so helpful! My name is Deb - anyone want to be my friend? I'm 32 and have about 45 lbs to lose.

    I have a similar story; I do well for a month or two, then I completely lose it. Something happens or life just gets in the way, and I just stop. I've been back for some time now, and I find that the message boards really do work, as well as a good set of friend on here. The biggest thing is once you really set your mind to it, you can do it. Just take it a day at a time. Feel free to friend request me if you would like to.
