Due to sticking with my MFP and not straying I lost 6lbs this week! Yay....I am thinking a lot was water retention though from drinking soda a lot before, but STILL.....it's 6lbs!

    I was a little uncertain but it's helped a lot just being accountable for what goes in the tank. Figure I pay so much for my cars gas....may as well have a little TLC with my body fuel.
