Hello to all!!!!

I joined MFP a few week ago but did not take it seriously. I have a friend that did it and he lost 35 pounds in 3 months. Now that I have seen it works and back in and ready to go. Any suggestions with cooking recipes or exercises will be greatly appreciated. I currently weight 240 and my goal is 180.

    Hi Jamie! Welcome to MFP. This site is VERY addicting. I've been here almost a month. I've had my ups and downs. The people here are wonderful and helpful. I hope you enjoy your experience as much as I have so far.
