so, i just got done my first day of doing HHAs and absolutely LOVED IT !! the 30 minutes flew by and i had sooooo much fun doing it (paired it with JMs 30DS) . What did everyone log this as?? I used my HRM but it seemed way high (445 calories for 30 minutes) so i tracked it as 300 under aerobics high impact. not sure what else to do really. Anyways was just curious about others results doing this program and how successful they were. if anyone has any reviews, please
