Hey everyone. My name is Denise and I am new to this site. I am trying to lose some weight and lack motivation. If anyone has any ideas on how to keep myself motivated or useful tips at the gym, please let me know. I will keep you posted on my progress!

    I am just starting out here too but one thing I'd remind you of is that any kind of physical activity counts. So even on those days you may not make it to the gym or are doing some extra running around or something, keep track of the smaller physical things you do too!

    It is true...even bouncing your legs while at the computer burns calories. Just keep telling yourself why you are doing this and remind yourself that you CAN do this. There will always be tough times but ya just gotta "get back on the horse". And I have only been on here since this morning and there is a ton of great info out here...Drop a line anytime you want
