Settings/Macros/Nutrition help

Messed with my settings yesterday because i was contemplating going LCHF, after some thought I decided to stick with what I have been doing however I do not know how to get my original settings back... how do i know what nutritional value breakdown MFP original give.

Or should i be working out what my own personal breakdown should be... how do i find this out. I have seen links to a few sites but honestly it all becomes veryyyyyy confusion with BMR/% talk....

I dropped so much weight without all this complicated stuff but now that I am back on this journey I rally want to understand what my body needs and not just calorie count.
