Silly question... Exercise balls!

Just wondered exactely wot exercises you are meant to do on these i brought one years ago n made my b/f blow it up for me it then sat there in the corner of the room till i got fed up of seeing it and deflated it. its been in the cupboard since lol are there any good books/dvd's that give you exercise routines or ideas etc on wot to do on them?

GO TO EXERCISE.ABOUT.COM. Search around a bit. You will find tons of exercises with an exercise ball!0

Actually you will find sample workout routines, treadmill routines, strength training exercises. I have full weekly routines that I got from there to keep exercising from getting boring0
