Fitbit zip help?

I know this has been posted before but I need help with my fitbit zip and MFP exercise and calorie adjustment. If I walk/jog, do I still add that to MFP or jus t use all the steps from the fitbit to calculate the calories? If I add the walking/running plus the steps for my fitbit, will my calories burned be way to high? Just confused and want to make sure I do it correctly. Thanks for your help everyone!

For walking/jogging/running just let your fitbit calculate your steps. That's what it's for.

When you log activities in MFP, you'll put a start time for the activity so it doesn't count twice.

I let my fitbit do it's own adjustment. I do log anything not walking or running related.... like bike riding. But I let it work the rest out :)
