Good morning!
I did a quick forum search before the post, and did read some of what has been posted before, but I still havent been able to make up my mind on this.
I got my fitbit a few days ago, and so far I feel like I understand the adjustments made between MFP and fitbit, and that I can adjust the steps/calories burned by adding in the time and duration of specific items. (If it picks up things that it shouldn't, so I don't double track, etc)
However, today is the first day having it that I would have to decide what to do with it during my DVD workout. It is not just Cardio, or walking type activities-so I am wondering if I should wear it or not. I am concerned about it picking up extra activities.
I guess my problem is really this, is it better to wear it and tell the programs what I was doing so they can adjust, or take it off and adjust the other way?

For activities that aren't step based at all, I take it off and manually enter the activity into Fitbit.0
