I have thread I created before I started with my journey , but I can not find it now.
I am supposed to update that thread from time to time.
Anyway, I just want to share with you my progress so far.
I started on April 19th and it has been two months of logging my food intake and exercise.
My weighing scale says I lost 14 lbs in 2 months.
It s been three weeks since I have been in this weight but i know , i made progress.
I do taebo and have started walking/ jogging.
Today I made 5 laps ( on my backyard) but my ankle started to hurt. So i had to stop.
Gradually , i will add more laps and hopefully being able to run instead of just walk.
Such a big goal but i know I can make it.
NSV so fAr:
1. I dont get tired too easily. When i started doing Zumba/taebo, i will be too tired after 10 mins (would you believe) and needed to stop.
I kept pushing my self. Now, i can do 45 minutes, stopping only for water and to take the sweat out off my face and neck.
2. I dont crave for sweets anymore.i dont know what happened but i just dont want to eat chocolates.
3. My water intake has been really good. I can drink 3 bottled water. Before i can only do 3 sips from one water bottle. I know this has to improve. I need more water intake.
4. My back doesnt hurt anymore so as my arms, and i dont use splint/wrist support anymore. i saw the splint i was using when i sleep before i started doing exercise and start to lose weight. I havent used them for 2 months.

I took today's pictures several times because I couldnt believe how my belly started to shrink.
I told myself, maybe i didnt do the right angle. Or maybe i was far away from the mirror.
But i got the same picture.
Thanks guys for looking and reading.
I am only starting with my journey.
I hope to inspire some people here.0 -
