thanks guys! @ jacki.... yup, 2 and a half months, was 25 lbs, (ive put 2 back on since my holiday) with adjustments to what i was eating and how much. never made anything forbidden, just made sure everything was correctly proportioned, ie.... chocolate, but not 3 bars lol! positive attitude, laughed alot, walked a bit more, nothing massive, just stick at it and it happened naturally. i want to go another 7 lb i think and then stop. and im gonna maintain it. forever!
