Hey Everyone, just wanted to introduce myself.
I'm april and I'm from West Virginia.
I've been pretty much starving myself the past 2 years after getting off medication that made me gain about 35 pounds. Trying to get my metabolism back in order since i've been pretty sedentary besides walking a few days per week.
I'm going to start working out at the gym Monday 5 times a week and my goal is to burn at least 600 calories following a 1,890 calorie diet. As of now, i'm not losing on around 1400-1500 a day of clean eating.
I"m 240 right now and hope to get back down to at least 190 again.
