i've had some real problems staying on track lately

i've been binge eating junk food so much and i need some tips to get back on track, does anyone have some?

    The only tip I really have is to start getting back on track now... don't wait until tomorrow or Monday to start.

    Agree with PP - start today. Log what you've eaten, and then tomorrow, just try to do better. Do you have the right foods available to you to get on track? Do you need to make a trip to the grocery store? Set yourself up to be successful. You can do this!
