Fitbit Flex & New Friiiieeeends!

I am looking at getting a fitbit flex and want to get with you guys about what are some of the pros/cons and quirks of it. I appreciate any suggestions you guys have about the Flex. I also need some new friends as a lot of mine have seemed to disappear like a fart in the wind. Thanks!
