I have lost 21 pounds in 2 months, but for the last two weeks have felt myself sinking back into some old habits (giving in to some cravings often last week, not working out and being lazy etc....) I was getting really scared that I was already giving up when I have had more success this time than ever before. Anyway to make a long story short, I went to workout tonight with a friend and did intervals of jogging and walking for an hour! I love getting this motivation back and I feel so empowered that I got over my first hurdle of obstacles!! Thanks for listening

Yay! Way to go! I fell off the wagon yesterday for the first time in 60 days. I was only a few hundred calories over and it was only one day, but it scared me. I'm back on track today. Phew!0

Wow I can't believe what a difference 21 lbs has made in you! Unbelievable. Look again at your pics on your profile and feel proud-that in itself should motivate you to stick with this. You are doing an incredible job. 21 lbs in 2 months is, like, WOW! I'm proud to be one of your friends!0

haha!! NO the good looking pics are my motivation pics!!! lol what I used to look like (and will look like again)....the bigger pics are the more recent ones. I try to avoid cameras so I don't have many of me right now.0
