I'm looking to re-motivate myself to get back to tracking everything, EVERYDAY. Lots of times I'll just add breakfast and lunch and then give it up for the day. I need to find a challenge that I really like doing. Fitness or food or both. Just something motivating and challenging. What is one that you have done and why did you love it?
