NEW TO LIFTING

I lost my weight through running then Insanity/T25. I recently started lifting weights 2 days a week with personal trainer. Just wanted to see if anyone would like to add me as a friend or suggest sites that can help me understand what to expect more with results, soreness, etc. I know I will be able to ask my trainer these questions, but it would be nice to add some friends who are lifting as well.

    I'm still losing weight but just started lifting (doing Stronglifts 5x5 program, which is supposed to be 3x/week) myself so feel free to add. I've found tons of great resources on the forums; even lots of stuff geared for women lifting. I just joined the Stronglifts for women group. I'm pretty sure there are other groups that are more general for women lifting on any program. Good luck! and hopefully we can help each other as we start on this.
