OK, math wasn't my best subject at school but I'm confused, if net calories is equal to calories consumed - calories burned if it is > 0 shouldn't I be in a calories excess not deficit.
I know the scale says I'm losing weight so I must be consuming fewer calories than I am burning but my net calories keep on coming out in the positive range. What am I missing????
By the way I love this app! I also got a fitbit and am really motivated!!!
