Apple with PB2!0

Greek yogurt and fruit, string cheese, almonds, trail mix, peanut butter & banana, hummus & veggies, hard boiled eggs0

two tablespoons of peanut butter are about 180 calories.0

Cottage cheese with fruit (1/2 cup is only 90 calories and 13g protein)
Cheddar cheese with crackers and turkey (three (triscuit type) crackers, three slices of turkey deli meat and one oz cheddar is 195 calories and 13g protein)
Plain yogurt with almond (1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 oz almonds is 135 calories and 9g protein)
Oatmeal with cranberries or other fruit mixed in (1/4 cup quick cook oats makes 3/4 cup cooked and is 75 calories and 2g protein plus whatever fruit you put in)
2 Tablespoons PB (190 calories and 7g of protein) mixed with a FEW chocolate chips (70 calories for 1 TBSP) for when you have a sweet tooth.
Hard boiled eggs
Cut up veggies (carrots, broccoli, celery, tomatoes, cucumbers or whatever you like) especially without dressing to dip them in.
Beef jerky (but I would not be able to stop myself from eating the whole bag, lol, and it is pretty expensive)
I just try to get as much protein into my snacks as possible because I am always short at the end of the day and without it my snacks don't actually help the hunger much. That may just be me, IDK.0 -
Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries.0

Apple with 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
100 calories nut packs
Carrots or any vegetable and hummus
Quest bars (most are under 200 calories)
Celery with natural peanut butter

Any melon you like.0

It's cherry season time, so I usually munch on a cup of those. Also try cucumbers with skin on with cayenne pepper (or without it) and a dab of lemon juice.0

I freeze fruit so I have little mini-popsicles
I have frozen mango chunks, banana slices, peach slices, strawberries, and grapes. Or you can put dabs of yogurt on a sheet and pop it in the freezer as well for little yogurt dots.
I also like hummus and veggies or pita chips. 10 of stacy's simply naked pita chips is 130 cals and 2 tbsps of spinach and artichoke hummus is 70 cals.0 -
Thanks, great suggestions!0
