When I have a fitness assessment with my personal trainer he always tells me not to warm up before hand. For my weekly weigh in at home I always weigh myself as soon as I get out of bed (after visiting the bathroom).0

Before exercise, that way, if, for some reason you were unable to do that exercise and it happened to be your weigh-in day, your weigh-in will be consistent with the previous weeks0 -
