Getting Chatty

Hello Internets.

Been off the wagon the last year, but trying to find some balance with life now so I started back up on MFP.

This time around, I'm trolling the forums for a sense of community so I can stick with it.

At my best when I was training for a national championship, I was doing 2 martial arts, bikram yoga and hitting the gym regularly. But even then I never achieved physical results that I was truly happy with.

Then lift took a whirlwind turn and I've slipped a bit in everything.

Changed a few things about healing my body from the inside out and new fitness routines and I'm already feeling better and seeing better results. Hope to keep this up.

Interests: Martial Arts, video games, lifting for beginners, nail polish, the perfect sports bra, big *kitten* burritos .. etc.
