Looking for friends for motivation

Hi all! I signed up for MFP a few years ago, but never ended up using it.
Now that school is done (I was attending grad school full time and working full time), I finally have time to get myself back in shape. I have started with improving my diet drastically, and trying to maintain a 40/30/30 carb/protein/fat calorie ratio.
I have been doing that about a week, and I can already feel that my energy level is up, as well as my performance level during my Krav Maga classes.
Most of my work outs are my 5 days a week Krav Maga classes, and I want to get into lifting to help supplement core strength.
I would love to make some friends on here that are focusing on higher protein diets (I am still having trouble getting 30%), and anyone doing krav or similar type exercises!
