Whole body workouts to make you "appear" thinner/healthier?

I'm not quite sure how to explain this, but i'll start out with how things are...I weigh between 105-110 lbs, at 5 feet. Petite is the more proper way to put it. I used to way 170ish and due to mainly diet, I dropped weight like crazy (Healthily over the course of 1 year.) Now, here I am thin, but look normal due to my height. I have loose skin for sure which sucks but i have very little muscle.

Are there exercises to make you appear a different body shape? I still hold some flabby fat on my inner thighs, quite a bit I guess. And I was told working the back of my thighs would enlarge the muscle, and in essence pull the excess back. (true????)

I would rather do a full body workout because I have a flat butt, which lifting it I think would change my appearance as well. I dont know if im explaining this right, so please dont bash me!

There's no such thing as spotting. (Trying to reduce fat in certain areas by concentrating your efforts there, unless plastic surgery comes to help). Try weight lifting. And it'd be better if you try a full body workout plan such as those provided by bodybuilding.com (just a reference. You can chose whatever workout you wish as long as it is trustworthy)
As for the lose skin, it is something that it won't go easy. You lost a lot of weight. But over time, and it will get better. The more you get toned up, the better you'll feel. (At one point in my life I was obese myself and by losing weight I was left with lose skin as well in my abdomen. It is still there but so much better than before.)
Wish you all the best! :)

Well, yes, working out will shape your muscles and you can appear a different shape. I'm not sure I'd concentrate on trying to do just one area, rather an exercise or weight regime where you can focus more on your problem bits.

For me, I changed my entire shape a year ago by doing Spinning, boxing and yoga. All of them worked on my fitness, but as a side effect I toned up my legs arms, waist and butt.

Essentially it was because I was building muscle in those areas, so that's what you need to look at. If you don't like cardio, you can get the same with a weight regime.

I'd suggest a solid strength training program. Eating at at least maintenance then possibly moving into a surplus once you are comfortable. If you have access to a gym I'd recommend Starting Strength, New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women, or Stronglifts 5x5. If you do not have a gym look into You are Your own Gym or Convict Conditioning.

Strong Curves is a program that can help you build your glutes. But, really any of the big weight lifting programs will. It's always important to do a well rounded, full body, weight training program.

Thanks everyone, I really like 30 day shred, but it burns too many calories so I just look kinda sickly afterwards :/
