Should I Be Counting This As Exercise?

I bar tend one, maybe 2 days a week. I am constantly moving throughout my shift, whether I'm rushing around serving drinks, making food, or doing light cleaning exercises. Since I feel it's infrequent enough that it doesn't really impact my activity level (usually leans more towards sedentary) I have been adding the time I bar tend to my exercise diary under "light cleaning". I am just wondering if I should indeed be counting that as exercise or should I up my activity level for just this one day a week?

get a pedometer that calcates the movements you make during that time and gives you a calorie count. If you want to spend some money, I'd recommend a Fitbit.0
