activity level for TDEE question

I have been searching for an answer - but can't find one. Using my FitBit tracker - I walk between 5 to 7 miles each day. So in using the IIFYM TDEE calculator - what activity level should I use? Would this be considered exercising everyday? Thanks!

And I have been using MFP goal of 1200 calories - but want to change things, so I want to start using TDEE guidelines minus 15% for fat loss. Am I going to have an initial weight gain - since I have been doing 800 - 1000 net calories for the last 3 months? (I have not been eating my exercise calories - I know, shame on me.)

saw "activity level" and did not read.

fill in a typical diet, and keep that caloric intake for 2 weeks, noting any changes in weight. if you gained, subtract to lose weight, etc.
