Hi! I am looking for friends I am new to this website and would love some encouragement and wisdom. I only need to lose 10 lbs. but any tips amd guidance would be great feel free to add me!

Aloha! I'm not certain how much wisdom I can give, but I can certainly give encouragement! My name is Tony. I am a 49 year-old Navy retiree, happily married, with four children.
