Dear All,
Iam currently doing 30 day shred-Level 3.Iam able to see some reduction in inches at my waist, arms, abs and neck.
But don't see anything happening with hips, they look very odd.:embarassed:
Any good exercises/routine that I can incorporate with the current one to reduce them?
Thanks in advance for all your valuables suggestions ...

Unfortunately there isn't a way to spot reduce any part of the body with exercise. The body loses body fat systematically and genetics will determine how it comes off.
Just be consistent. It will happen once it's low enough.

keep burning away and pray to the genetic gods. Watch what you eat too. I'll let everyone else put more accurate information in.0

Only a calorie deficit or liposuction will take the fat off your hips. I suggest a calorie deficit, it's far cheaper and is accompanied my a sense of accomplishment.
Exercise for health.
Cardio for heart health and calorie burns.
Weight training for body composition, muscle retention/building and strength

Big hips are hot! Get some pleated or flared short skirts and rock it.0
