Hey Ladies,
Sorry I have been sick the past few days, but I am ready to put our list together. I know several have already sent me there weigh ins and thank you If you haven't, just send it to me or post it on here please
I am excited to see how we all did
Anyone have a challange they want to put out for the group this week?!?!?! ( I did ok on the no candy...kind of)

I believe I sent you mine, but in case i'm just crazy and didn't, my weight for this week is 184.4:happy:
I'm happy to report that I made my 20lbs lost by my birthday goal on sunday, and my birthday is TODAY!!! I had tons of time to spare lol0 -

I'm still at 134.8 after hitting 132 over the weekend. But then again, my dinner last night had about half a cup of green olives in it, so sodium heavy (but very yummy!).0

I'm definitely doing much better this week, go rid of the weight from California and then some. I weighed in at 153.8 lbs this morning I've got 8.8 lbs to go until 145 for Christmas!
My personal challenge this week is to avoid junk food, tempting food, etc. I'm trying to get to below 153.0 by Friday and I've been slipping a little too much with snacks especially. If anyone wants to join me for motivation, I'd love company Especially since Thursday is "Thanksgiving Dinner" at the cafeteria at work. And I saw the menu... oh man.0 -

130. That's still a pound up from last week. I'm headed in the wrong direction!
Not an excuse, but need to be honest with myself so I don't make the same mistake twice: I didn't refill my anti-depressants and went without for 2 (maybe 3 days). When you start AD it takes about 2 wks to get your system completely up to pare. But when you stop taking them "cold turkey" you can have severe side effects. I didn't realize that. I've been having severe mood swings and when it came to food I stopped caring. I wanted to feel better, so I ate what I thought would taste good. It's been really bad for 3 days, and the hubs forced me to go get my scrip refilled this morning. Taking care of myself is hard work, but it's something that has to be done.

Challenge for this week? Sarah recommended no junk food, how does everyone feel on this (what should we qualify as junk food, i know i do 100 calorie popcorn at night, I could cut this out, or try)?

For me, popcorn isn't junk food I'm thinking more like bad desserts, cupcakes, donuts, candy, chocolate, etc. Things that aren't all that good for us it's a good time to detox after all the Halloween candy and such (hopefully that we avoided). I'm not eating ice cream, cookies, candy, etc. all week. So far so good.0

Ok I will try, I'm taking the cheesecake left over to work tomorrow and I am making cupcakes for my honey's bday, sugar free and healthy as peanut butter cupcakes can be, so besides those I will be good thankful I don't like chips and stuff0

No coke or anymore Halloween candy for me, I guess. I don't really eat junk food, except for the occasional bite size chocolate.0
