Lifting Friends

Hi all,

I am looking for lifting friends to share my journey with. Yesterday I made the commitment to do the NROL4W programme and start today with my superfit friend who I have no doubt will keep me motivated :D

I also found out this morning that because of my weight I am classed as obese. A huge shock - and I am ready to transform my body. I have some experience of lifting heavy already - I enjoy the burn. Nutrition wise I am eating at TDEE - 25% so around 1600 cals a day - so I don't starve.

I am really hoping to attract some likeminded people who are active members, I am responsible for my own journey but if anyone is clued up on nutrition I would appreciate being able to throw the odd question to you.
