Question about 5:2 diet

As I seem to be incapable of controlling my eating 7 days a week, for the past 3 weeks I've been consuming only 500 cals on Tuesday and Thursday whilst eating normally' on the other 5 days. By eating normally I mean netting around 1500-1800 calories. Benefits of doing it this way for me are that I don't find myself overeating on the 5 days to compensate (big plus) nor am I craving sweet stuff in the same way.
My question is - I've always done 500 cals on Tuesday and Thursday - is it beneficial to change the day (s) every couple of weeks so your body doesn't get used to it? Or doesn't it matter?
Thanks in advance for any comments :-) x

There is only one way to find out...
Keep doing it. If you keep getting results its still working if it stops working try switching
There is as much chance that swapping days won't make a difference that it will. It has more to do with your physical makeup as anything.
What works for me won't automatically work for you or the next guy.
The only advantage to keeping it on tuesday/thursday is that you will build a better routine than switching it around all the time. If you are just starting out (which is implied in your statement) learning consistency is key.0
