Loss of appetite

I am having difficulty eating much so as to maintain my daily calories allowance due to my workout routines. I am currently in my second month of both Shaun T Insanity workout and Chalean Extreme workout which l am doing together on a daily basis. Is there anyone out there that can advise me on what to do because i am not even loosing that much weight?

Eat even if you don't feel that urge to eat my friend try and eat 100 calories more every two or three days and your stomach will slowly stretch to accommodate the food then weigh yourself in a week or two with your workouts and you'll see the numbers will go down0
